Information you provide
If you create an availability request, the website prepares an email using the details you entered. The website itself does not save that form data in a database. Your email provider and ours will process the message when you send it.
Why we use it
Contact details, requested dates, delivery address and job information are used to answer enquiries, prepare a quote, arrange a hire and keep records connected with that hire.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared only where needed to provide the service, meet a legal obligation or handle payment, accounting, insurance or a dispute.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry and booking information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected and any related legal or accounting requirements. You can ask what personal information is held about you or request correction or deletion where applicable.
